Upon completion of the use of fire hydrant water or expiration of the permit, whichever is sooner, applicant shall return the meter and other equipment provided by the city and pay the appropriate fee in accordance with the rates set forth in the city fee schedule for the amount of water used as indicated on the returned meter. In the alternative, the city may require an applicant to prepay for the good faith estimate of the amount of water to be used at the appropriate rate set forth in the city fee schedule. All fees, deposits and payments shall be submitted to the city treasurer's office for receipt and remittance. (Ord. 1996-43, 11-20-1996)
