Each application for a fire hydrant water use permit shall be accompanied by the required permit fees as set forth in the city fee schedule. No permit shall be issued until the proper fees have been paid to the city. Unless otherwise provided, the permit and fees required herein shall be in addition to any and all other licenses, permits and fees imposed by any other ordinance, regulation or law.
