9-1-150.2: UNLAWFUL TO MAINTAIN NUISANCE NEAR OPEN WATER SOURCE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any nuisance whatsoever, detrimental to the purity of such streams, lakes or other water sources. (2016 Code)
