9-1-070: CITY NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE:
The city shall not be liable for any damage to a water user by reason of stoppage or interruption of his water supply caused by fires, scarcity of water, damages to works or mains, alterations, additions or repairs, or for any other unavoidable cause. (2016 Code)
