9-1-060: WATER DEPARTMENT TO HAVE FREE ACCESS:
The water supervisor and his agents shall have at all ordinary hours the free access to premises supplied with water from the waterworks system for the purpose of examining the premises and the amount of water used and the manner in which the water was used. (2016 Code)
