A. Stop Work Order: A stop work order may be issued by the public works director, or his or her designee, directed to any person or persons doing or causing any work to be done in the public right of way without a permit.
B. Fee: Any person found to be doing work in the public right of way without having obtained a permit, as provided in this chapter, shall be required to pay a permit fee equal to two (2) times the normal permit fee. For replacement work, where a fee is not normally charged, the normal permit fee for new construction shall apply. (Ord. 2011-24, 11-15-2011)
