Unless otherwise provided by ordinance or resolution of the city council, city parks may be used between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) A.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. City parks shall not be used or occupied between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M., except by special permission of the city. (Ord. 2004-61, 12-1-2004)
