8-4-090: FIREWORKS AND EXPLOSIVES:

No person shall carry or discharge any firecrackers, rockets, or any other explosives within a city park, except persons who have obtained a special permit from the city to put on a fireworks show. (Ord. 2004-61, 12-1-2004; amd. Ord. 2023-53, 9-5-2023)
