It shall be unlawful for any person to place any type of marker or monument on any grave in the cemetery without first obtaining a permit from the city to do so. All markers must be set in accordance with the applicable cemetery "rules and regulations" as adopted and amended from time to time by the city council. (Ord. 2009-31, 6-16-2009)
