7-3-080: BURNING PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn garbage, commercial solid waste, manure or other refuse, rubbish or trash in the open air or in any furnace or stove within the city unless expressly allowed by state regulations or Davis County health and burning ordinances. (2016 Code)
