6-6-400: PENALTY:

Unless otherwise specifically provided herein or provided by law, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, subject to fines, forfeitures, penalties and/or imprisonment as provided by law. (Ord. 2014-38, 12-2-2014)
