The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all persons and businesses described herein, whether the herein described activities were established before or after the effective date of the provisions codified in this chapter and regardless of whether such persons and businesses are currently licensed to do business in the city.
A. Outcall Services: All such persons and businesses requiring outcall service licenses shall have forty five (45) days from the effective date hereof, or until their current license expires, whichever is first in time, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
B. Seminude Dancing Agencies: All seminude dancing agency licensees shall have seventy five (75) days from the effective date hereof, or until their license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
C. Adult Businesses And Seminude Entertainment Businesses: All adult businesses and seminude entertainment businesses that are not covered under subsections A and B of this section shall have one hundred thirty five (135) days from the effective date hereof, or until their current license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
