6-6-270: SEMINUDE ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS; LOCATION RESTRICTION:

It is unlawful for any business licensed for seminude entertainment to be located within five hundred feet (500') of a business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol. (Ord. 2014-38, 12-2-2014)
