It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business location within the boundaries of the city to fail to display the license granted pursuant to this chapter in a prominent location within the business premises. It is unlawful for any individual licensed pursuant to this chapter to fail to carry their employee license on their person while engaged in licensed activities within the corporate boundaries of the city. If the individual is seminude, such license shall be visibly displayed in the same room in which the individual is performing. Individuals or businesses engaged in licensed activities within the corporate boundaries of the city violate the law if they fail to show the appropriate licenses when requested to do so by police, city licensing officials, health officials or other enforcement personnel.
