6-6-050: OBSCENITY AND LEWDNESS; STATUTORY PROVISIONS:

Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to permit or allow the showing or display of any matter which is contrary to the provisions of title 13 of this code, "lewdness" as defined in this code, or other applicable federal or state statutes prohibiting obscenity.
