Unless otherwise expressly provided in this chapter or by state law, any violations of this chapter shall be deemed a class B misdemeanor. Any violations of this chapter shall be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties and procedures. In addition to the criminal penalties, upon a defendant's conviction of any offense defined in this chapter, the court may order restitution, defense costs and other applicable criminal penalties as set forth in Utah Code Annotated section 32B-4-305, as amended. In addition to criminal or civil penalties, any violations of this chapter shall also be subject to administrative enforcement action such as suspension, probation or revocation of beer license, suspension, probation or revocation of business license.
