To the extent applicable to the retail sale of beer within the city and subject to the jurisdiction of the city, the offenses set forth in Utah Code Annotated title 32B, chapter 4, as amended, known as the criminal offenses and procedures act, are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
