This city is authorized to license and regulate the retail sale of beer within the city for off premises or on premises consumption in accordance with applicable provisions of the Utah alcoholic beverage control act. The city may issue the following classification of beer licenses for the retail sale of beer within the city for off premises or on premises consumption in accordance with the terms and conditions of this chapter. No other beer retailer licenses shall be permitted or granted by the city.
Off premises beer retailer;
On premises beer retailer - restaurant;
Temporary special event; and
