Applicants for a license required by this chapter for a home occupation business must complete a "home occupation license application". All applications shall comply with the provisions of section 6-1-010 of this chapter, definition of "home occupation", and with the pertinent provisions of title 11, chapter 35 of this code prior to being approved. License fees for home occupations shall be assessed in accordance with the business license fee schedule adopted by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2014-38, 12-2-2014)
