Unless otherwise provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any temporary business within the city without first obtaining a temporary business license pursuant to this title, obtaining a temporary use permit and/or conditional use permit pursuant to section 11-28-120 of this code, and where required, paying any and all applicable fees. A separate license shall be required for each location of business. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 2014-38, 12-2-2014)
