Farmington City has entered into an interlocal cooperation agreement for justice court services with Davis County whereby Davis County is authorized and designated to provide justice court service, including criminal and small claims matters, for the city. Any and all justice court services shall be provided in accordance with the interlocal cooperation agreement for justice court services entered into by the city and the county and in accordance with all applicable provisions of state law.
