3-2-130: FIRE DEPARTMENT:
There is hereby created and established a fire department within the city which shall be responsible for providing fire protection services within the city and administering and enforcing applicable provisions of the fire code, as adopted by the city. (Ord. 2012-18, 5-15-2012)
