3-2-120: POLICE CHIEF:
There is hereby created the position of police chief who shall act as the department head of the police department. The police chief shall be appointed and have such powers and duties as set forth in chapter 1 of this title regarding appointed offices. (Ord. 2012-18, 5-15-2012)
