3-2-030: PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:
There is hereby created and established a public works department within the city which shall be responsible for maintaining public properties of the city, including, but not limited to, streets, storm drain facilities and water facilities of the city. (Ord. 2012-18, 5-15-2012)
