All appointed officers of the city shall conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, including adherence to the conflict of interest and disclosure filing provisions of the Utah officers' and employees' ethics act, set forth at Utah Code Annotated section 10-3-1301 et seq., as amended, hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
