3-1-060: TRANSFER OF RECORDS:

Every officer of the city, upon expiration of his or her term for any cause whatsoever shall, within five (5) days after notification and request to do so, deliver to the city all books, property, keys and records which are the property of the city. (Ord. 2012-18, 5-15-2012)
