2-3-020: DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY:
Any eligible and qualified person desiring to run for the elected municipal offices of mayor or council member shall file a declaration of candidacy with the city recorder in accordance with the filing requirements set forth in Utah Code Annotated title 20A, chapter 9. (Ord. 2012-10, 3-20-2012)
