2-2-020: ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS:
The ceremonial functions and administrative powers, authority and duties of Farmington City are vested in and/or delegated to the mayor, except as otherwise delegated to the city manager. The mayor is the chief executive officer of the city to whom the city manager reports. All other employees shall report to the city manager. (Ord. 2012-10, 3-20-2012)
