2-1-090: QUORUM:
No action of the city council shall be official or of any effect except when a quorum of the council members are present; provided, that fewer than a quorum may adjourn a meeting. The number of council members necessary to constitute a quorum is three (3), excluding the mayor. (Ord. 2012-10, 3-20-2012)
