Except as otherwise provided by law, written minutes and a recording shall be kept of all meetings of the city council in accordance with the provisions set forth in Utah Code Annotated sections 52-4-203 and 52-4-206, as amended, and shall be presented to the city council for review, correction and approval. The city council shall establish and implement procedures for approval of written minutes of its meetings. (Ord. 2012-10, 3-20-2012)
