The city shall give public notice at least once each year of its annual meeting schedule and shall give not less than twenty four (24) hours' public notice of the agenda, date, time and place of each of its meetings, other than emergency meetings, in accordance with Utah Code Annotated sections 52-4-202, as amended, and 63F-1-701, as amended, regarding postings on the Utah public notice website.
