1-5-015: CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT ACTION:

Any criminal enforcement action regarding the violation of this code shall comply with applicable provisions of the Utah code of criminal procedure, as set forth in Utah Code Annotated title 77, and the Utah rules of criminal procedures, as adopted by the supreme court of Utah.
