1-4-080: COMPUTATION OF TIME:

Unless otherwise provided, the time within which an act is required to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, then the last day shall be the next following business day. (Ord. 2012-08, 2-21-2012)
