In the construction of this code, all ordinances of the city, and any amendments thereto, the following words and terms shall have the meaning indicated, unless such definition or construction would be inconsistent with or contrary to the context of the ordinance:
CITY: Farmington City, Davis County, Utah.
CITY COUNCIL: The Farmington City council.
CODE: Farmington City municipal code.
COUNTY: Davis County, Utah.
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES: Officers and employees of Farmington City.
ORDINANCES: The ordinances of Farmington City.
PERSON: Any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, organization, association, trust, partnership, governmental entity, or any other legal entity.
