1-1-060: DISCONNECTION:
Any proposed disconnection of area within the corporate boundaries of the city shall comply with the procedures and requirements set forth in Utah Code Annotated sections 10-2-501 through 10-2-510, as amended. (Ord. 2012-08, 2-21-2012)
