Farmington City may annex any contiguous, unincorporated area that is contiguous to the existing city corporate boundaries in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in Utah Code Annotated sections 10-2-401 through 10-2-428, as amended. (Ord. 2012-08, 2-21-2012)
