§ 34.06 REFERRAL TO PROPER CUSTODIAN.
   If the City Clerk-Treasurer/Tax Collector does not have custody or control of the public record or records requested, the City Clerk- Treasurer/Tax Collector shall notify the applicant and shall furnish the name and location of the official custodian of the agency’s public records.
