§ 32.21 MEETINGS.
   (A)   Regular meetings.
      (1)   Regular monthly meetings of the City Council shall be held at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, on the third Tuesday of each month at City Hall. A caucus meeting of the City council shall be held at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, on the first Tuesday of each month at City Hall.
      (2)   In the event the regular monthly meeting day falls on a legal holiday, or the day following a legal holiday, the regular meeting for that month shall be held at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, on the next day which is not a legal holiday.
   (B)   Special meetings.
      (1)   Special meetings of the Council may be called at any time by the Mayor or by four members of the Council by written notice delivered at least three hours before the time specified for the proposed meetings.
      (2)   All special meetings shall be held as designated in call of meeting.
      (3)   At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose in the notice of special meeting.
   (C)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records, the City Clerk, as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting, the Mayor or Mayor Pro-Tem. (KRS 83A.130 (11))
   (D)   All meetings of the City Council shall be public, subject to the provisions of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.
