§ 115.04 GARAGE SALE PERMIT REQUIRED.

(A) Requirement. Prior to its operation, persons conducting a garage sale shall receive a permit issued by the Zoning Administrator's office. No zoning permit shall be issued except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.

(B) Exceptions. Permits are not required for the following county-declared events: the “County Wide Yard Sale” and the “Kentucky Wool Fest”.
