For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“GARAGE SALE.” Includes all sales entitled “garage sale”, “yard sale”, “lawn sale”, “attic sale”, “rummage sale”, “flea market sale”, or any similar casual sale of tangible personal property advertised by any means whereby the public-at-large is or can be made aware of the sale.
“GOODS.” Includes all clothing items, appliances, merchandise or other personal property capable of being the object of a sale regulated hereunder.
“PERSON.” Includes individuals, partnerships, voluntary associations, and corporations.
“RESIDENTIAL LOT.” Any area within the city designated for single-family or multifamily uses.
