(A) The city, pursuant to the provisions of KRS 83A.060(5), hereby adopts the provisions of the Kentucky Model Flood Plain Protection Ordinance from the state, Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet, Department for Environmental Protection , Division of Water, Water Resources Branch, Flood Plain Management Section, dated September 21, 2004, as modified by the city and incorporated herein by reference.
(B) The Clerk is hereby directed to make the provisions of this section so adopted a part of the official records of the city, and same may be found in its entirety in the City Hall.
