§ 150.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Building Inspector is charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the Kentucky Building Code and the Kentucky Standards of Safety, as adopted by reference in § 150.01.
   (B)   The State Plumbing Official is charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the Kentucky Plumbing Code, as adopted by reference in § 150.01.
