§ 114.05 GRANT OF LICENSE DISCRETIONARY.

Grant of the temporary sale or display license is discretionary with the Mayor, who shall take into account the recommendation of the Chief of Police, as supported by the application which shall plainly and sufficiently address the matters noted above in this chapter.
