§ 114.04 LICENSE REQUIRED.

The license fee for the conduct of an off-site temporary sale or display shall be $100 per dealer, which fee shall be tendered with the application to the Chief of Police, and which shall be refunded if such sale or display event shall not be permitted by the Mayor, on recommendation from the Chief of Police or his designee.
