Pursuant to KRS 190.030(7), automobile dealers, manufacturers, factory branches, distributors, and distributor branches may conduct a temporary sale or display on a site other than a location for which they have in effect a license issued for such location by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, within the city limits, on such terms and conditions as are agreed to and permitted by the Mayor, on the recommendation of the Chief of Police, or his designee.
