(A) At no time shall any city licensee holding a Nonquota Type 2 Retail Drink License sell any alcoholic beverage when the city licensee does not have food available for sale, and in no event may any alcoholic beverage be sold before 6:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., prevailing time on Tuesday through Saturday, nor after 12:30 a.m. or before 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on Sunday.
(B) At no time shall any city licensee holding a Nonquota Type 2 Retail Drink License sell any alcoholic beverage on Sunday unless the city licensee also holds a Special Sunday License.
