§ 110.09 DISPOSITION OF REVENUE.
   All revenue received from the payment of license tax and penalties required by this chapter shall be paid into and become a part of the General Fund of the city to be used for the general operating expenses of the city, except that all money collected under § 110.02(C) shall be paid into and become a part of a fund to be used for general operating expenses of the city. The licenses hereinafter provided for may be obtained by paying the City Clerk-Treasurer/Tax Collector the license fee provided, and upon receipt of same, the City Clerk-Treasurer/Tax Collector shall issue the license, which shall be kept in a conspicuous place by the person to whom issued in their respective place of business, subject to inspection by any authorized agent of the city at any time.
