§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any part of this chapter shall be assessed a civil fine not less than $100 and not more than $500; each day that a violation continues after the date of an initial conviction hereunder shall constitute a separate offense. Any offender who has been adjudicated and fined for a violation under this chapter on a previous occasion shall be fined in an amount that is double the amount previously fined, with the maximum amount not to exceed $500.
   (B)   In the alternative, a violation of this chapter may also be enforced by the County Attorney through the district court as a criminal penalty. The same fines shall apply, and shall be in addition to the liens and charges as set forth in the abatement procedures set forth herein.
   (C)   Any person violating § 92.04(T) shall be punished by a fine of $200 for each offense.
