SCHEDULE II. TRUCKS OVER CERTAIN WEIGHT PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREET.

   (A)   Trucks weighing in excess of 36,000 pounds are prohibited on the following street:

   (B)   Penalty. Failure on the part of any driver of a vehicle to observe the weight limits set forth in division (A) shall subject that driver to the weight penalty schedule established in KRS 189.990(2).
