(A) No person shall operate a bicycle on the sidewalks of the city.
(B) No person shall operate a bicycle on any section of a public park, playground, play lot, or tot lot, except on a roadway or in a parking area.
(C) No operator of any bicycle shall carry another person on such bicycle.

(A) No operator of any motorcycle, motorscooter, or power- driven
bicycle shall carry another person except on a seat attached thereto or in a side car attached to the vehicle.
(B) No operator of a motorcycle, motorscooter, or power-driven bicycle shall operate such vehicle in any public park, except on a roadway or in a parking area.
(C) No operator of a motorcycle, motorscooter, or power-driven bicycle shall operate such vehicle in any play lot or tot lot.

Except on streets which may be declared from time to time as “play streets” by the city and protected by barriers or official signs, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate or ride a skateboard, roller skates, roller skis or inline skates, scooter, coaster sled, or any toy vehicle of any kind in or on any of the streets or roadways of the city, and on the following sidewalks adjacent to:
(A) Shelby Street: From Broad Street north to the railroad tracks; and
(B) Main Street: From Second Street west to Fourth Street.

(A) No person while riding on a bicycle, coaster sled, roller skates, skateboard, roller skis, inline skates, scooter or any toy vehicle shall cling to any moving vehicle on any street, or fasten or attach the vehicle on which he is riding thereto.
(B) No person shall ride on the projection, running board, or fenders of any vehicle.
